Support

To ensure that subscribers are working smoothly, Scribe staff are available to assist during extended working hours (normally 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday).  We will take your phone calls, answer e-mail, or be available through instant messaging.  For rare instances, we even have a Webex set up to provide support within the actual environment in which you work.  The WFDW facilitates your multipurpose publishing program.  Scribe's support makes the WFDW easy to use.

Scribe has three offices. Our main office is in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, while our second office is located near Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We have also recently opened a third office in Allentown, Pennsylvania. If you wish to reach us via e-mail, our address is scribe@scribenet.com.
